south and central american tour

so far the south and central american tour has been great.
last night we played in sao paolo and it was really, really fun, and the crowd was wonderful.
and so far every show on this tour has been really fun.
so, thank you to all of the people in mexico, venezuela, colombia,
chile, and brazil who've come out to the shows.
and now we're off to belo horizonte, and then to argentina.
i'll write updates from there to let you know how those
shows go, too.
and i just got an email saying that 'hotel' has now gone platinum or gold in 12 countries(argentina, australia, france, germany, uk, switzerland, poland, belgium, austria, portugal, italy, greece).
so i'd like to say a special thank you to all of the people at mute-virgin-emi who have worked so hard on this record.
