Watch Moby recording the Orchestra for Extreme Ways

Extreme Ways has been re-recorded for the new Bourne film The Bourne Legacy. The new music was L.A. partly at Moby's home studio and partly at Sony Pictures Studios with a 110 piece orchestra with the help of composers Joe Trapanese and James Newton Howard who has also scored the original soundtrack for the movie. Go behind the scenes with Moby in the studio here to see the Orchestra in action.

Hello, Future: A Music Video Challenge brought to you by Saatchi & Saatchi, Vimeo and Moby

As part of The 21st Saatchi & Saatchi New Directors’ Showcase at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity 2011 (19 – 25 June), Saatchi & Saatchi partners with Vimeo and Moby to discover fresh filmmaking talent.  Saatchi & Saatchi, along with acclaimed musician, composer and photographer Moby, and international video sharing community Vimeo, is throwing down the gauntlet to the next generation of young filmmakers with a unique Music Video Challenge based on the theme of this year’s New Directors’ Showcase -  ‘Hello, Future’.

i made 3 videos for these songs (all shot on little camcorders while traveling). the 'be the one' video was shot while i was flying from nyc to l.a and then edited by my friend jo haggis (paul's sister). if it looks in any way good it's because she edited it. watch it here.
