Just a question for you: I remember some years ago you composed some copyleft tracks for students aiming to shoot short movies and clips. I wonder if they are still available. Not that I think you're obliged at all or something, of course!!! Rather the opposite, I always thought that was extremely generous coming from an acclaimed artist.

The thing is, now I'm editor for a university educational blog about Antarctica. The blogger is a student from Barcelona, Spain, who's been in Antarctica for some months on research and now is sharing his experience (a cool experience... in a very literal way). http://blogs.salleurl.edu/antartida/ Now he's looking for music to do something creative with the pictures he took during his Antarctic stage. That's why I remembered the students' tracks :-)

i've recently downloaded and heard this track you've released, "shot in the back of the head", and i must say that i'm extremely happy to have heard it, especially given the fact that yesterday was the tenth anniversary of the tragic Columbine massacre, not that i was there, but i sympathize with the victims and witnesses, nonetheless...

it's definitely a beautiful track, very emotional, and i can't help but feel moved, tearstricken even, by its beauty. there's definitely no question about it when i say i'll be buying the new album "wait for me" as soon as it's available, and i'm even enthused enough to say that i'd be willing to buy a CD single of "shot in the back of the head" if you were to release one. actually, if i may make a suggestion, i'd say this: release a CD single with the album version, a couple of remixes, a b-side to the album, and include, as enhanced content, the multi-track master file and the music video to "shot in the back of the head", and you're almost guaranteed to sell a ton of them...
