so, last night i was in san juan puerto rico for electric daisy carnival. it was my first trip to puerto rico (hopefully i'll go again, but in february when it's cold and miserable in nyc...it's actually hotter in nyc today than it was in san juan...92 in san juan, 94 in nyc. odd.). the event was great, but what made it amazing was during 'thousand' when the heavens opened up and the biggest torrential downpour i've ever experienced broke over me and the audience. it wasn't a shower, it was more like bathtubs of tropical water falling from the sky.
here's a picture of some of the people in the crowd right when it started raining (although 'raining' doesn't do it justice).

oh, and if you ever think that touring is glamorous just imagine me drying my socks on the lightbulbs in the hotel room (i only brought one pair of socks because i'm a genius) before going to the airport in the morning.
muchas gracias boriqua.
