thanks for coming to the issue project room fundraiser friday.

thanks for coming to the issue project room fundraiser friday. i hope that if you were there that you liked the show.

as i'd said, it was my first time doing a seated electronic/ambient show. the touring for the upcoming album (barring sporadic dj dates) will be with a full band and multiple vocalists, although i might incorporate some elements of the electronic/ambient show, as it enabled me to perform some songs i'd never been able to perform before (like 'god moving over the face of the waters', and other instrumental songs from the past).

ok, it's late, time for bed.

thanks again,

moby

People all over the world

People all over the world know the abercrombie and fitch, but not everyone really knows how fashion the abercrombie is,hollister is the Legend maker. Everybody wears the hollister clothing would be the abercrombie mens and the abercrombie womens, if you want know you can search the Ruehl No.925 or abercrombie outlet in the www.google.com .

anew

I think it'd be great to devote a good portion of your set to simply playing a lot of your electronic material all by yourself. We grew up on a lot of those tracks and I think the audience would eat it up.

It was the most Magical Evening of my Life Darling...

Thus far that is, I plan on many more magical evenings with *you*.

My Love Always,

Your Dancing Angel Rachelle

I wish someone could tell me,which songs performed Moby in the issue project room fundraiser.

love you

Hey Moby I went to go watch you at the issue project room Friday night! It must have been fate because it was my first time ever in NYC. I made plans to go to NYC since January never knowing you'd be there when I was going! It was a pleasure to see you perform. The show was just wonderful! I hope to catch more of your shows in the near future! Love you!

Please.

Hey Moby

A long time fan. An old friend of mine Shaneezy used to work for you in the late nineties in nyc. So I had this weird inspiration anyway....I wrote a hip hop track ontop of Bring Sally Up. It's an Eminem diss and I thought how funny karmically that was. I didn't really know what happened. I heard Bring Sally Up during Gone in 60 Seconds and something said I HAVE to record on that track! I'm a hip hop guy. So anyway, I only found out later THAT IT IS YOUR TRACK! I laughed at the coincidence because I was already writing an Eminem diss! I subtitled my version "Weird Karma."

You can check it out here if you like:

hey moby

i think you should remix a new pet shop boys track: this used to be the future, or maybe the way it used to be. i think they're the best band in pop music history, its a shame you've only done one remix, miserablism, with them. if you haven't checked out their new album please do so! they, like you, rarely disappoint.

if i can go on a rant, i'm of the opinion that the greatest artists of the 60's and 70's have been surpassed by the best of the 80's and 90's. pet shop boys are sort of the beatles equivalent (no matter how much u2 wish it was them), radiohead are kind of the pink floyd's, and you moby, i'd say you are the david bowie of our generation. i'd rate the modernists higher in creativity and listenability (due to the fact that you're standing on the shoulders of giants and have been influenced by them), yet psb, you, and radiohead do not have as much of a popular impact as they did. i attribute this to the segregation of music from nirvana, and the infinite ways one can listen to music now, not to mention society at larges taste has gone way downhill.

its a shame, people are always whistfully talking of days gone past when better music is being made right now, its just you're not ruling the mass consciousness like you should be. no, that falls to britney spears, black eyed peas, rihanna, justin timberlake, 50 cent, ad nauseum. don't know where i was going with that but thanks for listening.
