Salutations Moby,
I am a photo Journalist and design student working on a research project. I am in the process of doing a paper and a class presentation that introduces or accentuates an artist using his/her design process.

This is more of a visual class and i thought I can further challenge the design concept assignment by exploring more of a musical artistic design from an artist like you. I would like to ask some specific questions and through my research I have found that there is not a lot of in depth written information on you found at the library. So, I thought perhaps I could go directly to you.

It sounds like you are quite busy with your new record and I don't even know if this will even reach you. Do you think it's at all possible to get an interview or at least some insight and direction as to where I can find more information on your creative process that I can share with some very thirsty minds, aching to grasp new concepts and ideas. I belong to a very progressive San Francisco college and I think this would be a great way to break the traditional expectations people have for these presentations and would also most certainly add a level of sophistication and excitement to the class.

I appreciate your time and I really hope that you might take this as a challenge and also a compliment to you as a true artist.
