The fact that you all wanna vote for him, only becouse he can be the "first black president" can show you that nothing can make a change, if you realy wante a change, you need to change yourself for a start, don't choose people that promise to change you, they can't.
Change all your point of view, choose the "first black president" when you start to hear what he say and not how he looks, and if you listen realy realy good, Obama says nothing...

between the fanatical fundamentalists on the right and the delusional deconstructionists on the left, i still can't figure out the man behind the portrait and the seething cult it inspires.

perhaps i think obama is nothing more than an empty suit playing his supporters like a bad freestyle vinyl.

perhaps if children of liberals weren't exploited into chanting songs of praise for the "chosen one", I might believe we're living in the U.S.A. and not North Korea.

perhaps if this charlatan actually answered some tough questions, honestly, about his personal background, he would lead by triple digits in the polls.

perhaps if his legion of supporters laying prostrate to his propaganda and pr would address his perplexing notion of taxation, he would be more convincing.

perhaps if the suck-ups in the media would actually report objective facts instead of biased opinions, the mainstream media would have avoided the embarrassment of being up-staged by the national enquirer.

perhaps if liberals fully acknowledged that the chosen one voted in favor of Patriot act ii and the bailouts, they would realize that these descipable and unconstitutional acts is not what the framers of the republic had in mind.

I think the word underneath is really significant...its not his campaign slogan...change...it says hope...and that is what Obama winning this election represents for those people who want to have hope for America, again...not only a change...but something new...the first black president of the United States!...and hope for a real, fair and kind person type of candidate that is not backed by something disgusting that will take him over...that's exciting! He reminds me of my picture of Abraham Lincoln...
..and I know things won't be perfect with Obama either, but I do believe he is a very good candidate... -J
